Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine how much influence the Locus of control, Self Efficacy, and Organizational Commitment jointly and partially on Performance. The research variables are Locus of control (X1), Self Efficacy (X2) Organizational Commitment (Z), and Performance (Y). The method of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires as many as 66 respondents. The analytical method used is the validity and reliability test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis for the hypothesis test used is the t test and F test. The results showed, Locus of control has a positive and not significant effect on Commitment, Locus of control has a positive and not significant effect on Performance, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Self Efficacy has a positive effect and significant to Performance, Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Commitment, Locus of control and Self Efficacy has a positive and not significant effect on Commitment, Locus of control and Self Efficacy has a positive and not significant effect on Performance.

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Locus of control , Self Efficacy, dan Komitmen Organisasi secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap Kinerja. Variabel penelitian yaitu Locus of control (X1), Self Efficacy (X2) Komitmen Organisasi  (Z),dan Kinerja (Y). Metode  pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 66 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi berganda, analisis path untuk uji hipotesis digunakan yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen, Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen, serta locus of control dan self efficacy secara bersama sama berpenaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan locus of control dan self efficacy secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
