HOLISTIC AL-QUR'AN TAHFID LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN BOARDING-BASED HIGHER EDUCATION: A STUDY AT THE JAKARTA AL-QURAN SCIENCE INSTITUTE
Abstract
This research aims to determine the implementation of holistic education at the Jakarta Al-Qur'an Science Institute. The subjects of this research are a rector, lecturers and students. The object of the research is the implementation of holistic education at the Jakarta Al-Qur'an Science Institute. All of them were selected as samples. Observation, interviews and documentation are data collection techniques. The data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive. Calculation of data obtained through questionnaires and interviews was carried out manually. The result is to obtain data on the implementation of holistic education at the Jakarta Al-Qur'an Science Institute. Based on data analysis, it was found that the implementation of holistic education at the Jakarta Al-Qur'an Science Institute is in the very good category where the supporting factors for lecturers' efforts in implementing holistic education at the Jakarta Al-Qur'an Science Institute are the culture of higher education, lecturers, students, collaboration , facilities and infrastructure, and evaluation.
