<p>In line with the 2015-2030 United Nations development issues, which are the umbrella for development in all countries in the world, namely: “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs), which are explicitly regulated in the sports sector on the issue of “Sport for Development & Peace” (SDP) has become a strategic issue to be disseminated throughout the world and has become an interesting research area for scientists in the field of physical education and sports.SDP emphasizes that sports are believed to have superiority and noble values to be instilled in an effort to shape the human personality in one unit, between physical, spiritual, and social and is seen as contributing to improving the quality of life of the people of a nation. The process of transferring universal sports values must become basic knowledge for every teacher and sports coach because it is one of the key factors in implementing the issue of Sport for Development and Peace and the practice of the development paradigm through sport (Development through Sport) in micro level. This transfer of values is a process in positioning sport as a vehicle for positive youth development (PYD). The International Conference of Sport for Development and Peace (ICSDP) is an international event held as a forum to invite researchers, academics, and practitioners related to these issues. <div class="page" title="Page 1"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p>The aim of this research is to determine the value of Excellence in South Kalimantan martial arts athletes. The research method used in this research is This research uses a Mixed Methods Procedures approach (Creswell, 2009), with a Sequential Explanatory Strategy model. The population in this study were all South Kalimantan martial arts athletes, while the sample in this study was 150 people. In accordance with the chosen strategy, the research was carried out in two phases. In the first phase, data was obtained through quantitative data in the form of questionnaires, in the second phase, data was obtained through qualitative data in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the research can be concluded that research on the role of Excellence values in South Kalimantan martial arts athletes showed that 66% had superior values and wanted to always win during competitions.</p> </div> </div> </div>Herita WarniRamadhan ArifinNurul HudaMuhammad Irfansyah

<p>In a learning process the teacher has a predefined standard of values for his students. The result of this value is usually a parameter of student success in learning on the value of knowledge and skills. However, this does not necessarily guarantee the value of his attitude, especially responsibility. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Physical Education knowledge with the responsibility of elementary school students, and to know the influence of Physical Education skills with the responsibility of elementary school students. The reason this research was conducted is because responsibility is an attitude that students must have, especially in the implementation of distance learning based on the values they achieve. This study uses a quantitative approach, descriptive methods, with the category of ex post facto research and analysis of fisher's exact test. The results showed that there was an influence between Physical Education knowledge and the responsibility of elementary school students. <div class="page" title="Page 1"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <p>The aim of the study was to analyze the success factors for the development of elite handball athletes in Central Java using the Sports Policy Factors Leading to International Sporting Success (SPLISS 2.0) instrument. The Spliss model instrument consists of 9 pillars of elite sports success approach. This research used a quantitative research approach based on the Spliss 2.0 study. Research participants consisted of chairpersons, secretaries, treasurers and coaches as well as athletes from 26 urban districts that have handball organizations in Central Java. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques using Spliss 2.0 report. Quantitatively identify possible success factors using 114 CSFs allocated to a score of 1-4 based on 9 pillars which from the overall results will be added to the total percentage score for each pillar. The development of handball’s elite athletes in central java is judged to be in the average category, from the overall data analysis of the of handball sport’s development an average score of 19.7 or 54.65% on the Spliss score. There are 2 pillars which are the strengths of athlete development, they are the financial support pillar with a score of 2.6 and the Training Facility pillar with a score of 2.7, while the weakness is in the scientific research pillar with a score of 1.6.
