Behavior aggressive become part from bullying behavior. Therefore That behavior the need reduced since early. Research objectives is For describe the strategies implemented by preschool teachers in reduce behavior aggressive. Research methods use approach qualitative with method descriptive involving PAUD teachers as subject research . Data collection techniques are carried out through observation , interviews , and documentation with data analysis techniques , namely reduce data, display data, and draw conclusion. The results obtained by teachers in reduce behavior aggressive child is with giving reprimand , immediate , firm action consistent and giving strengthening positive and punishment as well as parental involvement and provision guidance for children.
