Paper submission procedures and formatting guidelines for The 3rd BICGC 2026.

General Guidelines

The submission procedure is intended to be smooth, providing authors with an easy-to-use article template. To maintain the quality and consistency of the publication, please adhere strictly to the following rules:

  • The authors are responsible to ensure that the submitted papers are in the correct styles, fonts, and follow all guidelines as stated in the template format.
  • Please note that by submitting manuscripts, authors agree to reformat their articles to the newest submission template when changes in the manuscript submission template occur.
  • All papers must be written in proper English and will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.

Online Submission Steps

How to Submit Your Paper

Please follow these standard Open Journal Systems (OJS) steps to submit your manuscript:

  1. Journal Registration: To submit your manuscript to the proceedings, please Register an OJS Account first. If you already have an account, simply Login.
  2. Start New Submission: Go to your User Home and click on 'New Submission'.
  3. Upload Submission: Upload your manuscript file. Make sure it matches the provided template format.
  4. Enter Metadata: Fill in the authors' details, title, abstract, and keywords accurately.
  5. Confirmation: Finish the submission process and wait for the confirmation email from the committee.
  6. Conference Registration: After your paper is accepted (or if you are attending as a non-presenter participant), please proceed to complete your registration via the Conference Registration Page.
