Dear Presenters,
We are delighted to welcome you to the 3rd Bandung International Conference on Guidance and Counseling (BICGC) 2026. To ensure that all parallel presentation sessions proceed smoothly, please read the following important information carefully.

*Presentation Session*
1. The parallel presentation sessions will begin at 3:15 PM (15:15 WIB) Indonesia local time.
2. Venue (Offline Presenters): 7th Floor, Faculty of Education (FIP), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI).
3. All presenters are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins
*Presentation Duration*
1. Each presenter will be allocated 7 minutes for the presentation.
2. This will be followed by 3 minutes for the Question and Answer (Q&A) session.
3. There is no mandatory PowerPoint template. Presenters are encouraged to prepare clear, concise, and visually engaging presentation slides.
*PowerPoint Submission*
1. Please upload your PowerPoint presentation to the Google Drive folder corresponding to your assigned presentation room.

3. Please save your file using the following format: First Author's Name_Room Number.
4. Example: John Smith_Room 2

*Online Presentation*
1. Presenters participating online are kindly requested to join the Zoom meeting below and proceed to the breakout room corresponding to their assigned room number.
