Abstract

One of the main determinants that influences the level of success of an organization or company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance include paying attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Sakalaguna Semesta Area Majalengka Kuningan. The sample in this study consisted of 60 employees using the census method. The data collection method used in the research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test. The results of hypothesis testing show that simultaneously there is a significant influence between job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) on employee performance (Y) because Fcount (163.044) > Ftable (3.16). This can be interpreted as meaning that job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) influence employee performance (Y). The variable that has the most influence on the dependent variable is the job satisfaction variable (X1) at 56.2% and followed by the organizational commitment variable (X2) at 24.9%, so the total influence overall is 81.1% and the remaining 18.9% is other variables not studied.
