Vocational Education Reconstruction Based on Management Reform

Against the backdrop of China's undergraduate vocational education pilot, Hohhot Vocational and Technical College faces prominent management challenges, restricting its high-quality development. This study has dual theoretical and practical significance: it fills the gap in Sino-Indonesian vocational education management comparative research and helps the college break management bottlenecks. Adopting literature review, case study, action research and comparative analysis, this study argues that vocational education management reconstruction should focus on industry-education integration, transform to a service-oriented model and build a multi-subject collaborative governance system. It finds obvious differences between China and Indonesia's vocational education management systems, identifies the root causes of the college's problems, and proposes targeted solutions. Pilot practice shows remarkable effects, and the study summarizes a practical paradigm for undergraduate vocational education management reconstruction in ethnic minority areas, providing references for Sino-Indonesian vocational education cooperation.
