  The 9th International Conference on Research of Educational Administration and Management (ICREAM) 2026 is an international online conference organized by the Educational Administration Study Program, Faculty of Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), and will be held on January 24, 2026. Carrying the theme “Transforming Educational Leadership and Management for Sustainable Development Goals,” the conference aims to provide an academic platform for researchers, scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and educational leaders to discuss innovative strategies and contemporary issues in educational administration and management in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The conference features distinguished invited speakers, including Dr. Stacy Scott from Boston University’s Wheelock School of Education and Human Development, USA; Dr. Intan Marfarrina Binti Omar from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia; Dr. Maria Jacinta Arquisola, MHRM, PhD. from Deakin University; and Dr. Asep Suryana, M.Pd. from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. ICREAM 2026 covers a wide range of topics such as educational leadership and policy, digital transformation in educational management, governance and quality assurance, digital equity and inclusion, educational financing, higher and school governance, IoT and e-government in education, data-informed decision making, and collaboration for sustainable and resilient educational systems in the digital era.
