This proceeding is an official publication output of I-CONEMCIL 2023 (International Conference on Education in Primary and Early Childhood, Marine, Computer Information and Logistics) organized by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Serang Regional Campus. It compiles selected papers presented at the conference to support the dissemination of scientific knowledge and innovation in the fields of Education and Maritime.

I-CONEMCIL 2023 featured distinguished keynote speakers: Prof. Dr. Peter Waterworth (Deakin University, Australia), Prof. Dr. Akhmad Fauzi, M.Sc. (IPB University, Indonesia), and Prof. Dr. Ismail Ali (Universiti Malaysia Sabah), who enriched the conference with global perspectives and strengthened international academic collaboration.
